Step by step
Open the Parents area
Tap the child's animal at the top of the trail, then Parents area. Answer the multiplication question (or the parent code): it keeps kids from changing settings or buying on their own.
Restore a purchase
Parents area › Device › Restore purchases, with the same account used to buy (Apple on iPhone and iPad; Google on Android).
Cancel the subscription
On iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Disco Draws, at least 24 hours before the end of the period. On Android: Google Play app › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions › Disco Draws. On both, also in Parents area › Device › Manage subscription.
Block purchases
Parents area › Device › Block purchases. Screen Time on iPhone and iPad, and Family Link and Google Play purchase authentication on Android, can also block purchases in every app.
Limit screen time
Parents area › Child › Screen time: see today's time and pick a daily limit. With the limit on, the trail shows how much is left, and at the end only a grown-up can add more time.
Turn on narration or change the language
Narration: Parents area › Game › Voice narration. App language: Parents area › Device › App language. English as a second language, in the Portuguese version: Área dos pais › Aprender › Português e inglês.
Turn off Ask Disco
Parents area › Learn › Ask Disco (AI).
Turn off usage statistics
Parents area › Device › Anonymous usage stats.
Delete your data
- One profile: Parents area › Child › Delete this profile.
- Everything on the device: delete the app. Profiles, drawings and photos are kept only on the device and in its backup.
- On our server: to access, correct or delete the data linked to the device number (the Disco drawing count and purchases), write to contato@discodraws.com with the code shown in Parents area › Device › About and privacy. We reply within 15 days.
